How can I make a reservation?

The reservation can be made by sending us an email , calling us , or going to our resort, you can see the details in our contact page in this website, we will confirm you the availability in a short time.

 

 

Cancelation?

If you cancel before 12h the days of check-in we keep all the amount. If is more than 2night we keep just the 2 first nights. Before 12 to 78h we keep the 50% of your reservation. If you cancel bettewen 78-100h before we keep 25% and before than 100h we keep just 20% deposit. 

 

 

 

How can we pay our activities and Accommodations In Planet Nomadas?

We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, and cash.25 % deposit may be applied

 

 

 

What’s the currency on Bali?

The local currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The fluctuating exchange rate is approx. 14.300 Rupiah for 1 EUR.

 

 

 

Are there any ATMs or banks on Nusa Lembongan?

Yes, at the moment there is 3 ATM in Lembongan that accepts Mastercards and 1 ATM accepts Visa (no always have cash or are working good). It is possible to pay with Visa or MasterCard (+approx 5%) at a few hotels and restaurants but your best bet is bring cash rupiah with you or, if you get really stuck, you can exchange foreign currency with one of the local money changers.There is a handy ATM at Dunkin Donuts in Sanur, on the road down to the harbour. From the Permata bank ATM, you can withdraw up to Rp 3,000,000 at one time.

 

 

 

Do I need to take malaria tablets on the Island?

As with Bali, the 3 islands of Nusa Lembongan, Ceningan and Penida are low risk areas from malaria. However anti malarials may be necessary if you are travelling to other parts of Indonesia, so please consult with your doctor beforehand.

 

 

 

Are  there any Doctors in Nusa Lembongan?

Yes. There are several doctors on the island and a good clinic in Jungutbatu which has an onsite dispensary. Minor ailments are treated easily here, but more serious conditions will be referred to Bali, where there are hospitals of international standard.

 

 

 

What do I need to bring with me to be able to dive with Planet Nomadas?

Certification Card or Log book

Diving Insurance or  other  insurance covers diving activities risks.

 

 

 

If I have an existing medical condition, will I still be able to dive?

Certainly there are some medical conditions which are not compatible with diving. All students must complete a medical questionnaire prior to commencing their course. Feel free to download the medical questionnaire on the left of this page and take a look at the questions. If you think you may need to answer “yes” to any question, check with your doctor first and get them to sign the form. For fun divers, it is your own responsibility to assess your ability to dive.

 

 

 

Are the dive sites around Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida suitable for inexperienced divers?

Yes! We time our daily trips so that our guests dive while there is an incoming tide. That way the currents are gentle and divers of all abilities can enjoy the underwater scenery. Our dive groups are small - a maximum of four divers - so that guests are grouped with others of similar ability and dive to their own level of capability and experience.

 

 

 

Do you provide Nitrox?

Yes, we do provide nitrox, with additional charge. Ask our reservation. 100.000 IDR per tank.

 

 

 

How far is the resort from the beach?

More or less 20 m from our resort is beach that is used for seaweed farm, a little up the east is mangrove forest, approximate distance is 1 km from the resort.

 

 

 

How to get around in the Island?

There are plenty of motorbike and bicycle rental in the island, ask to our staff if you need this kind of service. The fee for renting one motorbike will be around IDR 70.000 perday and IDR 20.000 perday for bicycle.

 

 

​Do I need my own equipment during the surf school?

Tuition at the surf school includes soft-top learning boards, but we do recommend you hire your own equipment from us. This way in the afternoons after your lessons, you can practise what you’ve learned from our surf guides, you’re flexible and can for instance miss out on the surf school for a day and just do a beginner camp session (e.g. a daytrip on Sunday).

 

 

 

Are the Lembongan waves ok for beginners?

Yes, and the most suitable one it is called Playgrounds.

 

 

 

 What’s the temperature like on Bali?

All year round the temperature is always around 30°C. At night during the European summer months it can cool down to as little as 24°C.

 

 

 

What is the best way to get to you  resort from Bali?

There are 2 options.

 

First, you can go to sanur harbor, and get your own boat ticket to Nusa Lembongan, tell the boat company you want to go to Jungut batu, rent a bike near the Harbor in Jungut Batu, and guide yourself to our resort. or you may try to ask for the drop off in Lembongan to the boat company.

 

Second ,Call us minimum 2 days before departure, ask to our reservation staff to arrange the land pickup in Bali to Sanur Harbor and boat ticket (return or one way ), and you will be dropped in Planet Nomadas.

 

 

 

How long does it takes the boat  transfer from Sanur to Lembongan?

It will takes around 25 minutes with fast boat.

 

 

 

Is it possible to do a day  trip to Bali while I am staying at Planet Nomadas?

Yes, you can go by early boat at 8.00 am by public boat and return with the last boat at 5.00 pm, or ask to our reservation staff for the departure time that suits your desired time.
